Adventure-Ready Returns

Just like our products are built for mobile living, our returns policy is designed for your convenience. We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, giving you time to test your equipment in real-world conditions.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, undamaged product in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Baltimore warehouse (return shipping at your expense unless the return is due to our error).
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bathroom Equipment (used or opened items)
  • Camping Stoves (if fuel has been used or attempted)
  • Custom-cut products (like specific lengths of cable or awning adapters)
  • Opened electrical components (fuses, control panels)

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or model? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Simply indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement product. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.

Note: For exchanges where the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if needed.
